After you have completed the registration, you will receive instructions by email on how to pay the conference fee by money transfer. The instructions will include the account number and payment identifiers.
The deadline for payment of the conference fee is 8th January 2017.
Paying cash upon arrival is possible only in exceptional cases and the organisers need to be notified beforehand. If paying cash, please have with you the exact amount in euros.
After we receive your payment, we will send you a receipt electronically. Please fill in the invoice data in the Registration form and also indicate if you wish the receipt to be for the whole delegation and if you wish to get a hard copy of the receipt after you arrive.
