The conference fee is 300 EUR if paid in advance by money transfer. In case you pay cash upon arrival the conference fee is 315 EUR due to increased costs of handling the cash. Paying in cash upon arrival is possible only in exceptional cases and the organisers need to be notified beforehand.
The conference fee includes:
• meals (lunches, coffee breaks, housewarming party, welcoming dinner and gala dinners) during the whole conference
• use of conference venues (hotel conference rooms)
• transport (from and to the airport)
• city tour and other free time activities
The conference fee does not include accommodation – accommodation needs to be booked and paid separately. All participants will receive instructions on how to book the hotel by email together with the 2nd round of registration.
The hotel prices on the page Accommodation only apply to conference participants who have paid the conference fee. Other guests pay standard hotel prices.
